Convenient Booking Options with Helpful Reminders
We recognize that one way to book an appointment does not work for all of our patients. Some patients want to call us or to book an appointment with a calendar in front of them, others like to book it at the end of their appointments (so they remember to do it) and our online booking option is growing in popularity because many of our patients prefer to add the appointment to an electronic calendar.
It’s also important to us to remind patients of an upcoming appointment. Depending on their preferences, we will call, text or email patients one week as well as one day before their appointment to confirm or reschedule an appointment.
